Definition of Cool, Neutral, and Warm

The exact breakpoints of warm, neutral, and cool are kind of iffy. Westinghouse says is up to 3000. Cool is 3100-4500K. Daylight is 4500-6500K.

[Wikipedia] says warm is 3000, cool is over 5000, and daylight is 6500.

4500K definitely seems neutral, but Nichia's warm white 219 series goes up to 4000K.

I'll go with wikipedia and then throw neutral in at 4500K.
