An Atlanta-based flashlight manufacturer. Originally an online store selling other brands, they made their own lights under the 4Sevens label before separating the store and the brand.

Foursevens has a very good reputation as a builder of lights (their lights are actually manufactured in China with close ties to Olight) in the CPF forums. They often announce new products in the CPF Marketplace before they are listed on their website and post special discount codes for sales in addition to CPF member discount codes.

Flashlights

Many of the older lights and variations were branded under the original 4Sevens label and are still available on that page. This page starts with the lights with the Foursevens branding.

Limited Editions: In August 2012, all of the lights with Cree XP-G LEDs were made available with Cree XP-G2 LEDs, promising 20% more output, but no actual lumen figures were provided. The LEDs all came from the same cool white bin.

Maelstrom

Tactical series of higher output lights.

MMS - 2xCR123A or 1x18650 4-mode thrower with Cree XP-G and output levels of 0.2, 28, 200, and 350 lumens introduced in May 2012. Two different mode groups available: H-M-L-Moonlight or Turbo-Strobe-SOS-Beacon. Modes are selected by turning the head to 4 different positions. This light was formerly the 4Sevens G5.

MMU - 1x26650 2-mode light with Luminus SST-90 LED and maximum output of 800 (Low is 120 lumens). The light memorizes the last mode used. Similar to SureFire lights, the tail clicky is for momentary On only when the tailcap is loosened a half turn. To keep the light on, the tailcap must be fully tightened. Foursevens sells a special 26650 battery for this light that has higher current capacity. Introduced in May 2012. This light was formerly the 4Sevens S12.

MMU-HD - 6xCR123A 5-mode light with a Luminus SST-90 LED and maximum output of 1200 lumens (Low is 80 lumens). Modes are selected by rotating the tail of the light. This light does not accept 17670 or 18650 batteries but can handle 16340's. Each set of 2 batteries in the holder is in parallel, so the operating voltage is 4.5-8.4V. Introduced in May 2012. This light was formerly the 4Sevens S18.

MMU-X - 1x26650 2-mode light with Cree XM-L and output levels of 100 and 640 lumens. This light features a lock-out tailcap, mode memory, and thermal regulation. The MMU-X uses a lower current type of 26650 battery than the one for the MMU. So you can use the MMU's battery in the MMU-X, but shouldn't use the MMU-X's battery in the MMU. Introduced in May 2012. This light was formerly the 4Sevens X12.

MM-X - 2xCR123A or 1x18650 4-mode thrower with Cree XM-L and a maximum output of 480 lumens introduced in May 2012. Two different mode groups available: H-M-L-Moonlight or Turbo-Strobe-SOS-Beacon. Output levels are 0.3, 30, 270, and 480 lumens. Modes are selected by turning to 4 different positions. This light is available cool white or neutral LED tints. The neutral has slightly less output. This light was formerly the 4Sevens X7.

Preon

Preon P0 - 1xAAA 2-mode stainless steel twisty with a Cree XP-E LED. Output is 0.24 or 25 lumens. Modes are selected by turning the light off and back on again quickly. The light comes on in Low. Introduced in May 2012.

Preon P1 - 1xAAA 7-mode twisty with Cree XP-G LED. Has a pocket clip and matte finish (no knurling) and is available in black, blue, red, yellow, and satin titanium. Regular operation cycles through 2, 13, and 70 ANSI lumens (40m throw), but if you cycle quickly through all the modes twice, you also get strobe, SOS, and high and low beacon modes. Parts are interchangeable with Preon 2, which allows use of a clicky tail. Introduced in May 2012. This light was formerly the 4Sevens Preon 1.

Preon P2 - 2xAAA 7-mode clicky with Cree XP-G LED. Has a pocket clip and matte finish (no knurling) and is available in black, blue, red, yellow, satin titanium, and titanium black (with titanium head and tail but black body). Regular operation cycles through 3, 26, and 120 ANSI lumens (59m throw), but if you cycle quickly through all the modes twice, you also get strobe, SOS, and high and low beacon modes. Parts are interchangeable with Preon 1, which allows use of a flat tail and using the light as a twisty. A warm white high CRI version is available in black or titanium black which has less output. Introduced in May 2012.

Preon PenLight - 2xAAA 3-mode reverse clicky light with Cree XP-G2 LED. Modes are 5, 50, and 180 lumens. Has mode memory. Designed to look more like a real pen than the other Preons and is available in black, orange, mocha, and blue. Introduced in April 2013.

Quark Pro

Quark Pro flashlights lights have a reverse clicky on the tail and feature 8 modes. With the head tightened, the modes are Max and Strobe. With the head loosened the modes are Moonlight, Low, Medium, High, SOS, and Beacon. They feature a Cree XP-G LED in cool white (currently XP-G2), but some models are also available with a warm white high CRI LED that offers better color rendering at the expense of about 30% of the output. Some have neutral versions which typically have about 7% less output. For the most part, the heads are interchangeable except the QP2L which has an operating voltage of 3-9V while the rest of the series has a voltage range of 0.9-4.2V. The Quark Pro series can tailstand.

This body will not accept 18650 cells. The head of the 123² lights can accept up to 9V. They will also run fine on a single lithium-ion battery (17670) but will not be regulated the entire time. This light was formerly the 4Sevens Quark 123² Regular.

Quark QP2L-X The Quark QP2L with a Cree XM-L LED (currently XM-L2) has output of 0.3, 3, 65, 160, and 360 lumens. It is also available with a neutral tint LED.

Quark QPA - 1xAA light with output of 0.2, 4, 22, 85, and 109 OTF lumens. This light was formerly the 4Sevens Quark AA Regular.

Quark QPL 1xCR123A light with output of 0.2, 4, 22, 85, and 205 OTF lumens. The QPLC seems to be the same light only without a clip (the clip can be removed with the other lights of the series). The QPLC is available in a high CRI version. This light was formerly the 4Sevens Quark 123 Regular.

Quark Tactical

The Quark Tactical series is very similar to the Quark Pro series, but features a forward clicky and a different user interface. The tactical version has only two modes (tightened or loosened), but can have any of the 8 modes of the Pro programmed into those. The tactical models suffer from preflash where sometimes if the light is set to come on in low it will flash very bright when turned on. All of the Quarks have a mild preflash in Moonlight mode where the light flashes to Low before going to Moonlight.

QB2A 2xAA light with a Cree XP-G LED. The output levels are 0.2, 4, 22, 85, and 230 OTF lumens in addition to flashing modes. This light was formerly the 4Sevens Quark AA² Turbo.

QB2L 2xCR123A light with a Cree XP-G LED. The output levels are 0.2, 4, 22, 85, or 230 OTF lumens in addition to flashing modes. This light was formerly the 4Sevens Quark 123² Turbo.

QB2L-X 2xCR123A light is similar to the QB2L but with an even a larger head (39mm vs. 30mm) and a Cree XM-L LED. Has same tactical interface, but uses a new driver that does not exhibit preflash. Output is 0.3, 8, 60, 260, or 450 lumens along with Strobe, SOS, and Beacon. This light is also available with a neutral tint XM-L that will have about 7% less output.

Quark Mini

The Quark Mini series lights are more compact due to the absence of a clicky switch. All are twisty. By default they are 3-mode lights, but if you cycle through the modes twice by twisting the head on and off quickly, it becomes a 7-mode light with the addition of strobe, SOS, and high and low beacon modes. With exception of the Mini ML-X, all have Cree XP-G LEDs (currently XP-G2).
